The Co-Op
Books are too expensive and they don't price match online stores like The Nile and Book Depository. Ive been able to get my text books online from these stores on 3 occasion (3/3 text books) for 11% to 20% cheaper with postage included. What's the use in not price matching, because you've lost you $350+ in sales.

Google directions were perfect for getting to the car park in front on the Library.I think the signage could be better cause I walked thru the Library and straight past the shop.The shop is spacious and has a wide range to choose from.Only one of the books I needed was available. The second book did show up as being in stock but the cashier couldn’t find it on the computer. Not to worry we will download it.The staff were friendly and helpful and very busy. They did a good job.Parking is by ticket but it is a very popular spot so you may have to drive around for a while.

I was told my order would be in a couple of weeks after I placed my order in-store. Heard nothing for a month, gave the store a call and left a message, had no call back in return. I called a couple of days later to be told it would be a another 1-2 weeks, I was told this over a month ago. I got into contact with co-op online and they said they were going to follow it up for me and I got a response saying they are still waiting for the store to give them an answer (over 2 weeks ago). Not happy and will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Good in Emergency when you need a pen just before exams, but I find the prices way to much for a student. I think they aim their market at International students who obviously can afford the student fees and therefore can afford the prices here.

Often shelves are empty and items are out of stock. And despite supposedly running as a cooperative, members aren't included much and don't have much say.

fast service, I would recommend paying in advance if a book isn't in stock or else when it comes in stock there will not be enough for you

They either don't have the book you need, stuff up your online order and not give you the correct books for weeks and they're over priced.

Some books and equipment is slightly more expensive than online, but more convenient. Also the only place to get uniforms so yeah
